Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup milk
1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
1 small ripe banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until blended. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

1/2 bag frozen raspberries
5 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
1/2 cup raspberry yogurt
1 tray ice cube (16 cubes)

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients in blender until completely combined.
  • Make sure that the ice cubes and raspberries are completely crushed.
  • Enjoy!
