ROSé SANGRIA

Rosé Sangria image

This Rosé Sangria is the easy to prepare cocktail that you will be making again and again this summer. It is refreshing and slighty sweet with a bold berry flavor. Strawberry raspberry puree, fresh strawberries and raspberries, vodka, lemon juice, and rosé come together to create a fresh and fruity Rosé Sangria that can be made in just 5 minutes.

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups Strawberries
2 cups Raspberries
3/4 cup Vodka
3 tablespoons Lemon Juice
Ice
1 bottle of Rosé

Steps:

  • Pour 1 1/2 cups strawberries, 1 1/2 cups raspberries, the vodka, and lemon juice into a blender. Puree until completely mixed. If you would like to remove the seeds, strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  • Fill 4 wine glasses with 1/2 cup of ice each. Slice the remaining strawberries and add them on top of the ice, along with the remaining raspberries. Pour the puree over the top, and then top with rosé.

ROSé SANGRIA

Rosé Sangria image

What's pink, pretty and packs a punch? This rosy riff on sangria, which is loaded with red and pink fruit for a festive, crowd-friendly treat. Be sure to plan ahead: The fruit needs to macerate for at least 4 hours to soak up the flavors and to soften. For the wine, choose a rosé that is neither too sweet nor too dry. It should taste good to you on its own, but since it will be mingling with juice, liquor and a whole lot of fruit, go with something inexpensive.

2 (750-milliliter) bottles rosé wine, chilled

SUNSET SANGRIA

Sunset Sangria image

This sangria takes five to 10 minutes to assemble in a large pitcher. Take the time to prepare it in the morning so the sangria has several hours to develop its fruity flavor. Pull it out when dinner is ready to serve that evening.
