A super simple no bake peanut butter pie recipe, amped up with chocolate fudge and a TON of Reese's cups. It maximizes on chocolate and peanut butter, and it's ridiculously quick and easy to throw together!

1 store-bought prepared graham cracker or Oreo cookie crust
1 c. chocolate fudge ice cream topping - not chocolate syrup (but fudge topping)
12 snack-size Reese's cups (they're slightly smaller than full-size, unwrapped)
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese (softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)
1 - 10 oz. bag Reese's minis (unwrapped, coarsely chopped)
chocolate syrup
peanut butter buttercream (optional)

Steps:

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate fudge for 30 seconds, or until smooth.
  • Spread it evenly into the bottom of the crust, careful not to lift up the crust crumbs as you spread.
  • Arrange the snack-size Reese's cups over the chocolate fudge in the bottom of the crust.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and about half the whipped topping (eyeball it).
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Fold in the remaining whipped topping.
  • Spread evenly over the Reese's cups in the pie crust.
  • Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle with chopped Reese's minis, and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
  • Cut and serve. Store in refrigerator.

Steps:

  • Beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and peanut butter together until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped topping with a spatula.
  • Spoon peanut butter pie filling over the graham cracker crust.
  • Chill for two hours or until firm.
  • Top with mini peanut butter cups or chopped peanut butter cups. Garnish with a drizzle of Hershey's syrup and serve in slices.

1 cup Peanut Butter (sugar free, see post)
8 ounces Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Sugar Free Powdered Sugar
8 ounce Whipped Topping (tubbed, sugar free if possible)

Steps:

  • Make or purchase a sugar free crust. Allow the crust to fully cool.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sugar free powdered sugar. Beat the ingredient until creamy.
  • Use a rubber spatula to fold in the whipped topping, scraping the sides of the bowl as needed.
  • Transfer the contents from the bowl to the pie crust. Evenly distribute the peanut butter filling. Then refrigerate until the filling is set (about 30 minutes).
  • Make the ganache by heating the cream until it bubbles, stopping to stir as needed. Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate chips and stir until creamy.Cover the peanut butter pie layer with the ganache and then place the pie into the refrigerator to set before serving.

Steps:

1 box (17.8 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme triple chunk brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box for cakelike brownies
1 cup Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting (from 16 oz container)
9 Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures, unwrapped, coarsely chopped

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Line 9-inch square pan with foil, allowing some to hang over edges of pan. Grease bottom and sides of foil with shortening or cooking spray. Make and bake brownies as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 1/2 hours.
  • Using foil to lift, remove brownies from pan, and peel foil away. Cut brownie in half; place 1 half on serving plate.
  • Spoon frosting into microwavable bowl. Microwave uncovered on High 15 seconds. Stir frosting until smooth. Spread half of frosting over brownie half on plate.
