  • PSMF Deviled Eggs. Ingredients. 6 hard-boiled eggs. 4 teaspoons capers – finely chopped. 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery. 1 green onion – finely chopped. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise.
  • Chicken Baked Breast. Ingredients. 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast. 1 wedge of lemon. 1 sprig fresh dill. Directions. Put the breast in an oven-safe dish. Squeeze juice from lemon wedge over it, and snip tiny pieces of dill over the top of it.
