PIZZA BREAD
Pizza Bread has all the flavors of pizza in a fun, pull-apart savory monkey bread. It is a simple recipe that can be pulled together easily with homemade or store-bought pizza dough.

Steps:
- Combine olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Brush a bundt pan or 9x13 baking dish and the inside of a large mixing bowl with the olive oil mixture, reserving about 1 tablespoon of the oil for later.
- Lightly flour a cutting board or working surface. Roll the prepared pizza dough out into a 12 by 9-inch rectangle. Cut the dough into 1-inch cubes.
- Add the dough cubes, mozzarella, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, crushed red pepper flakes, a small pinch of salt, and up to 1 cup of pizza toppings of your choice to the greased bowl. Toss gently to evenly distribute ingredients.
- Spread the dough mixture evenly in the bundt pan or baking dish. Brush the remaining olive oil evenly over the top of the dough.
- Cover the bundt pan with a towel and let the dough rest for 15 to 20 minutes while the oven preheats. At this time, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes if using a bundt pan or 15-20 minutes if using a baking dish, or until the bread is cooked through and golden brown. Be sure to check on the pizza bread halfway through cooking. If you notice the top is browning too quickly, tent the pan with foil and continue baking.
- Once baked, remove the pizza bread from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes in the pan. If baked in a bundt pan, use a butter knife to gently loosen the bread from the sides of the pan and then invert the bread onto a serving platter. Serve with pizza sauce or marinara sauce.

Steps:
- Sprinkle yeast over warm water in a large bowl. Let it sit for 3 minutes. Add in flour, salt, and sugar. Mix using a spoon just until it comes together. (There's no need for a big stand mixer here.)
- Add in the toppings and Parmesan and combine well. The dough will be tacky. Dust with a bit more flour if it feels too tacky. Let rise for about 1 hour, then put in the refrigerator to continue rising for another hour.
- Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Flour your countertop, then roll out the dough into a rectangle about 11×17".
- Sprinkle mozzarella over top. Then, fold along the long side, like an envelope. Seal sides so cheese is not exposed. Let your loaf rest while you preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Bake the bread, either on a pizza stone or baking sheet, for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
- About halfway through I added a piece of aluminum foil to the top of my loaf to prevent it from getting too dark. About 3 minutes before taking it out, lightly brush the top with olive oil and let it finish baking. Let rest on a wire rack to cool slightly before slicing.
PEPPERONI PIZZA LOAF
This savory stromboli starts with frozen bread dough, so it comes together in practically no time. The golden loaf is stuffed with cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers and olives. I often add a few slices of ham, too. It's tasty served with warm pizza sauce for dipping. -Jenny Brown, West Lafayette, Indiana

- In a small bowl mix the yeast, 1/4 of the warm water and the sugar. Allow to stand for 5 – 10 minutes until frothy.
- In a stand mixer bowl combine the yeast mixture with remaining warm water, flour, bread improver (if using), olive oil, oregano, finely chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper. Using a stand mixer with a dough hook attached (or you can mix by hand), knead on low for 10 minutes until smooth, elastic and slightly sticky. If you are using a stand mixer the dough should stick to the bottom of the bowl. If it seems very sticky add a little extra flour one teaspoon at a time.
- Oil a large bowl and scrape the dough into it. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place for 1 ½ hours until doubled in size.
- While the dough rises, heat oil in a pan and fry onion until just caramelized. Allow to cool before using.
