Pineapple Cheese Casserole Recipes

PINEAPPLE CHEDDAR CHEESE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a medium size casserole dish with cooking spray (I use an oval casserole dish that is about 2.5 quarts).
• Place the shredded cheese in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, combine the flour and sugar and toss with cheese until combined. Stir in the pineapple and pour into casserole dish.
• Combine the reserved pineapple juice, crackers and melted butter and spread over pineapple-cheese mixture.
• Bake uncovered, for 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve warm.

PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350˚F. In a medium size bowl, combine sugar, flour, and reserved pineapple juice. Add pineapple chunks and toss well to combine. Spoon pineapple mixture into 8x8-inch casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
• Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Spread Ritz cracker topping evenly on top of pineapple mixture.
• Bake at 350˚F for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.

SOUTHERN PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix sugar and flour; stir in cheese. Stir in both cans of drained pineapple., Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. In a small bowl, mix crackers and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, 30-40 minutes or until topping is brown and cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes.

PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a casserole baking dish.
• 2. Combine flour and pineapple juice, mix well. In a bowl stir flour mixture into the pineapple. Pour into the casserole dish.
• 3. Combine the cheese, crackers, sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping over the pineapple in the casserole dish.
• 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes till bubbly and browned some on top.

TRICIA'S PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Spread pineapple in the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish.
• In a small bowl, stir together the sugar, flour and cheese. Add to casserole dish.
• Sprinkle crackers over the top of pineapple and cheese mixture. Pour melted butter over the top and bake for 30 minutes.

PINEAPPLE CHEESE CASSEROLE RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a bowl, combine the pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese; stir until well mixed, then spoon into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Layer evenly with cracker crumbs and drizzle with the melted butter.
• Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is bubbly. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

EASY PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Mix pineapple tidbits and crushed pineapple together in a bowl and layer into the bottom of a 9x13-inch glass baking dish. Mix sugar and flour together in a bowl and sprinkle mixture over pineapple. Spread Cheddar cheese on top. Cover everything with crushed crackers. Drizzle with melted butter.
• Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot, warm, or at room temperature.
