FESTIVE OLIVE AND CHEESE APPETIZER

Steps:

• Cut rosemary sprigs and arrange into a 10-inch wreath. Start by placing 1 sprig at a 45-degree angle with the tip facing outwards. Continue adding sprigs in the same direction until you have formed a full circle.
• Arrange clusters of mozzarella balls, olives, and tomatoes over the rosemary. Serve with toothpicks on the side.

OLIVE, PEPPERONI & MOZZARELLA BITES

Steps:

• Slice Mozzarella cheese into 1/2" x 1/2" cubes. Drain olives from liquid. Using a toothpick, skewer an olive and push 1/3 way up the toothpick. Fold a piece of pepperoni into half or quarters and skewer next. Finally skewer mozzarella. Do not push toothpick all the way through mozzarella, only half way through as you do not want guests poking themselves in the mouth with the toothpick. If making ahead of time, arrange on tray and cover with saran wrap so that it does not dry out. When serving, serve plain or with a drizzle of pizza sauce on platter.

OLIVE & CHEESE APPETIZERS

Steps:

• In a small bowl, combine the olives, cheeses, onions, mayonnaise and chili powder. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. , Spread over bread slices. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately.

CHEESE & PEPPERONI APPETIZERS

Steps:

• Cut each cheese block length-wise into 4 sticks, then cut into bite-size pieces. Cut pepperoni into 1/2 inch slices, then cut into 4 pieces.
• In a bowl put cheeses, pepperoni and olives. Pour about one-fourth of the dressing and mix. Serve with crackers.
• Whatever is left over, put in refrigerator and serve another time.
