1 cup coarsely chopped cucumber

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large bowl, combine the pasta, cheese, cucumber, tomato, onions and pepperoni. Add salad dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

2 clove garlic, minced

8 c torn romaine
1 c halved thinly sliced pepperoni
1 1/2 c caeser salad croutons
1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese

  • 1. In a small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, worcestershire sauce and pepper; set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine romaine and pepperoni. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with croutons and parmesan. Serve immediately.

1/4 cup cold water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 package (3 1/4 ounces) sliced pepperoni, cut in half (1 cup)
1/3 cup coarsely chopped drained roasted red bell peppers, from 7-ounce jar
1 jar (2 1/2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cups bite-size pieces romaine lettuce

Steps:

  • Empty Pasta mix into large pan 2/3 full of boiling water. Gently boil uncovered 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir together Seasoning mix, oil and cold water in large bowl; set aside.
