Steps:
- Melt butterscotch chips, peanut butter and butter over low heat in 3-quart saucepan, stirring constantly, 3-5 minutes or until smooth. Cool 5 minutes.
- Stir in peanuts. Stir in marshmallows. Pour into buttered 8-inch square pan. Cover; refrigerate 30 minutes or until set.
- Melt milk chocolate chips and shortening in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Drizzle over bars. Cover; refrigerate until chocolate is set .
- Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.

- In a large bowl, combine the oats, brown sugar, butter, 1/2 cup peanut butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 375° for 12-14 minutes or until mixture is bubbly around the edges., In a microwave-safe bowl, melt butterscotch and chocolate chips; stir until smooth. - Line a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with aluminum foil. Coat the foil with cooking spray; set aside. , In a small bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. , Press into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 6 minutes. Sprinkle with peanuts. , In a large saucepan, combine topping ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until chips and butter are melted. Spread over hot crust. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch square pan with cooking spray and line with parchment so that wings come up the sides by 1 inch.
- In a large pot, combine the sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt over medium heat and cook until the sugar is melted. Stir in the peanut butter, then the cereal. Pour into the prepared pan and pack it down firmly and evenly with a spatula. Scatter the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips all over the top.
- Bake until the chips are melty, about 3 minutes. Use an offset spatula to spread the melted chips in an even layer all over the top. Sprinkle with flaky salt and sprinkles if using and allow to set at room temperature or in the fridge. Slice into 25 squares.
BUTTERSCOTCH PEANUT BUTTER BARS

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-by-2-inch baking dish with butter.
- Using an electric mixer, cream the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and 1/2 cup of the peanut butter. Add the egg and vanilla. Sift the flour with the baking soda and the salt. Mix the oatmeal into the flour and stir the flour into the creamed mixture. Spread the batter in the baking pan. Sprinkle the butterscotch chips over the batter and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until browned around the edges.
- Whisk together the confectioners' sugar, milk and the remaining 1/4 cup of the peanut butter until smooth, then spread the glaze evenly over the warm bars. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.

These are so easy and tastelicious! Easy to cut and serve and great for a picnic or school lunch! Even perfect to take somewhere for a gift! Just use a chinese take-out carton and add some colored tissue paper and presto you have a great something to bring somewhere! Store nicely too! Not messy either!

- Cream butter and brown sugar in a small mixing bowl. Add flour and salt. Mix well. I use my mixer.
- Press into an ungreased 15" by 10" by 1" baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with peanuts.
- During the last 3 to 4 minutes of baking you can start the next step.
- Combine the 4 last ingredients in a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and make sure all ingredients are melted and blended.
- Spread this over the hot peanut covered crust and return to oven and bake another 12 to 14 minutes or until set.
- Take out of the oven and cool on a wire rack.
- When completely cooled, cut into bars.
- These do not stick to the sides of the pans and come out easily!
