FRUITY PEANUT BUTTER WRAPS
Steps:
- 1. WHISK peanut butter, honey, water and cinnamon in large bowl until smooth. Let stand 5 minutes to thicken.
- 2. ADD diced apple, banana slices, walnuts and raisins; stir to coat.
- 3. SPOON fruit mixture horizontally down center of each tortilla. Fold bottom edge over filling. Push filling against the fold to tighten filling in place. Fold in left and right edges of tortillas about 2 inches. Roll up from bottom to completely enclose filling. Cut wraps in half before serving.

- Peel and slice the banana very thinly. Place in a bowl and toss with the lemon juice. Quarter and core the apple. Slice into wafer thin slices and add to the bowl with the banana. Mix well.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds. Spread 3tbsp of peanut butter over each tortilla. Place half the banana slices and half the apple slices over the top of each tortilla. Roll each one up into a tight log. Enjoy immediately or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until later.
