1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese
1 whole chicken (4 lb.), cut up

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Combine coating mix and seasonings in medium bowl; stir in cheese.
  • Moisten chicken with water. Coat with cheese mixture, 1 piece at a time. Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of chicken. (Chicken will not be completely coated.)
  • Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; top with any remaining cheese mixture.
  • Bake 38 to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) onion powder
1 cup(s) kraft mexican style shredded four cheese with a touch of philadelphia
4 large chicken breasts

Steps:

  • Combine coating mix and seasonings in a medium bowl; stir in cheese.
  • Moisten chicken with water. Coat with cheese mixture, 1 piece at a time. Lightly press cheese mixture onto both sides of the chicken. (Chicken will not be completely coated.)
  • Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; top with any remaining cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes in a preheated 375º oven, or until chicken is done.

I love fried chicken, but it takes so long and is such a big mess. I came up with this one, and have been making it ever since! Everyone I have given the recipe to has loved it as well.

12 chicken thighs
3 eggs
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon paprika
½ cup vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place flour in a shallow plate or bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the bread crumbs in another shallow plate or bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl.
  • Dredge the chicken piece by piece in the flour, then the egg, then the bread crumbs, until all pieces are coated. Pour the oil into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Add the chicken to the dish and sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn pieces over and bake for another 30 minutes. Remove from oven and drain on paper towels. Enjoy!

  • Place margarine in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; melt in oven.

I found this recipe and tried it for the first time last night and my husband and kids went nuts over how fantastic it was!! It has a unique and fabulous taste. 2 teaspoons olive oil
4 ounces bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
6 ounces Roquefort cheese (or Feta cheese if you cannot find Roquefort)
1 teaspoon creole seasoning (Emeril's Bayou Blast recommended)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup honey
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly oil the foil with the olive oil. Set aside.
  • Butterfly cut each chicken breast. Divide the cheese and cooked/crumbled bacon evenly among the cavities of each chicken breast. Season the chicken evenly on both sides with the Creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. In a small bowl, combine the honey, mustard, and cayenne and stir well. In a shallow dish, fill with the breadcrumbs. Brush both sides of each piece of chicken with the honey mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumbs. Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear when pierced with a sharp knife. Serve immediately and ENJOY!

¼ teaspoon pepper, optional
2 cups flour
5 eggs, whisked
4 skin-on chicken drumsticks
4 skin-on chicken thighs
3 cups broccoli floret
3 cups yukon potato, quartered
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, leaves, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
fresh parsley, for garnish

Steps:

  • Place cheese crackers in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin until they become finely ground. Add pepper, if desired.
  • In a separate bowl, beat eggs until smooth.
  • Roll each chicken piece into flour and then coat into eggs.
  • Place each chicken piece in the cracker crumbs. Coat the chicken with the crumbs.
  • Arrange chicken pieces on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a medium bowl, combine broccoli and potatoes. Add olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss until vegetables are well-coated.

1 large onion, sliced
12 chicken pieces
1 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup melted butter

Steps:

  • Whisk buttermilk, oil, hot pepper sauce, mustard, garlic, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add the onion and then the chicken turning to coat each piece with the marinade.
  • Cover; chill at least three hours or up to one day turning the chicken occasionally.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, flour, thyme, paprika, cayenne and 1 tsp salt in a large baking dish.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Set chicken on a rack to dry for about 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  • Place chicken in large baking dish and pour butter over the chicken.
