OREO CARAMEL DELIGHT RECIPE
Turn a classic sandwich cookie into a decadent dessert. Our Oreo Caramel Delight comes with an easy recipe for a savory treat!

Steps:
- Finely crush the Oreos and spread 3 quarters of the crumbs at the bottom of a 9x13 rectangular pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the milk, butter, and caramel together and pour them over the cookies.
- Using a hand mixer, beat the confectioners' sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese together. Add in 2 cups of whipped topping and continue mixing.
- Spread the mixture over the caramelized cookies.
- Place the remaining whipped topping on top of the mixture and sprinkle on the remaining Oreo's.
- Decorate the mousse with Oreos and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Divide it into 10 pieces and serve. Enjoy your decadent Oreo Caramel dessert and share it with everyone!

- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramels, water and butter. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in pecans. , Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets. Freeze for 15-20 minutes or until set., In a microwave-safe bowl, combine candy coatings. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 15 seconds; stir until smooth. Dip caramel clusters in coating; allow excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Chill until firm.
