- Preheat grill for medium-high heat.
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, chipotle chile powder, salt, and brown sugar. Place tenderloins in bag and shake, coating meat evenly. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Lightly oil grill grate, and arrange meat on grate. Cook for 20 minutes, turning meat every 5 minutes. Remove from grill, let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

- Mix the soy sauce, orange juice concentrate, orange marmalade, honey, balsamic vinegar, and garlic together in a small saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer and whisk until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Place the pork tenderloin into a resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Squeeze the air out of the bag, seal, and turn the bag several times to coat the pork tenderloin with marinade. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place the pork loin and marinade into a baking dish; cover the dish with aluminum foil and roast until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the meat reads at least 155 degrees F (70 degrees C), about 20 minutes. Remove the cover and continue roasting until the pork has browned, 5 to 10 more minutes.
- Remove the cover and allow the meat and juices to stand for 10 minutes.
- To serve, slice the meat and drizzle with pan juices.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, whisk cornstarch in water until smooth, whisk into the pan drippings, and place over medium heat. Allow to simmer until thickened, 2 to 3 minutes.

- Mix dressing, marmalade and chipotle peppers. Reserve 1/4 cup dressing mixture.
- Grill meat, bell peppers and onions 10 min. or until meat is done (145ºF), turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing mixture for the last 2 min. - To make relish, pulse cranberries in food processor until finely chopped. Combine with next seven ingredients. - Trim the pork tenderloin of any excess fat and silver skin.
- Place the lime zest, lime juice, honey, salt, and garlic powder in a small, lidded jar and shake to combine. Pour half of the marinade mixture into a 1-gallon resealable bag, add the chipotle pepper, and move around to combine. Add the pork tenderloin to the bag and seal, removing as much air as possible and place in a container to catch any leaks. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 24 hours, rotating the bag halfway through the time. Place the remaining marinade in a covered container and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Remove the tenderloin from the bag and allow to sit at room temperature while preparing the grill. Remove the reserved marinade from the refrigerator.
- Fill a large chimney starter with natural lump charcoal and light. Once the charcoal is ashy and white, approximately 30 minutes, dump the hot charcoal onto the lowest grate of the grill and spread into an even layer using extra-long tongs. Place the cooking grate back on the grill and cover with the lid; heat the grate to medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Brush the grill with vegetable oil. Remove the tenderloin from the bag and place in the center of grate. Discard bag with marinade. Cover and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, turning every 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until the tenderloin reaches an internal temperature of 140 degrees F.
- Remove the tenderloin from the grill and place on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil folded at the edges to create a basket, and pour on the reserved marinade. Wrap tightly and rest for 10 minutes. Remove to a cutting board and slice. Garnish with cilantro and serve.

- In a large bowl, stir together chipotle salsa, orange zest, 1⁄2 cup orange juice, salt, and pepper. Add pork tenderloin, stirring to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Preheat grill to 400°. Heat a 12-inch cast-iron skillet on grill for 10 minutes; add oil. Remove pork from marinade; wipe off any excess. Place pork in skillet with orange halves and remaining 11⁄2 cups orange juice. Close grill lid; cook for 20 minutes. - Place pork loins in resealable plastic bag. Pour 1 cup orange juice and 1 teaspoon salt into the bag; seal. Turn to coat. Chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Melt butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add shallots; saute until soft but not browned, about 2 minutes. Add wine; boil until reduced to glaze, about 10 minutes. Add 4 cups orange joice and broth; boil until reduced to 1 3/4 cups, about 45 minutes. (Can be made one day ahead. Cool. Cover and chill.) Prepare barbeque (medium-high heat). Drain pork; pat dry, Grill to desired doneness, turning often, about 18 minutes for medium. Transfer to work surface; tent with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, bring sauce to simmer; mix in cilantro and chipotle chiles. Slice pork. Serve with sauce.

- Make the orange marinade by whisking together the orange juice, soy sauce, rosemary, and garlic. Pour over pork tenderloin and marinate for at least one hour, preferably overnight.

- Whisk cilantro, chiles, garlic, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, and cumin together in a bowl and pour into a resealable plastic bag. Add pork tenderloins, coat with the marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
- Remove tenderloins from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade and bring pork to room temperature, 20 to 30 minutes.
