BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIE

Steps:

• In medium sauce pan melt butter, add butterscotch chips and brown sugar. Stir until melted (this may look a little strange but it will be o.k, keep stirring until it comes together)
• Remove from heat, add eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt.
• Add vanilla and set aside and cool.
• When cool stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts if desired.
• Spread in an ungreased 9 x 13 pan.
• Bake 25 minutes at 350.
• Remove and cool - they will be soft and gooey when you take them out - they will set up as they cool. Enjoy!

NORDY BARS

Steps:

• Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper or foil that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In medium sauce pan melt butter, butterscotch chips and brown sugar over medium low heat. Stir until melted (this may look a little strange but just keep stirring until it comes together). Remove from heat and add the eggs and vanilla stir.
• Next add the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and then set aside to cool slightly. Once the mixture is cool, stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows and nuts (if using).
• Spread into prepared pan and bake 22 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Steps:

• 1. in medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add butterscotch chips and brown sugar,stirring until they're melted.
• 2. Remove pan from heat and stir in eggs, add flour, baking powder and salt, mixing thoroughly. Stir in Vanilla, set aside until cool.
• 3. preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 4. When cooked mixture is cooled, stir in the chocolate chips,marshmallows and chopped pecans; spread in greased 9x13 in pan.
• 5. Bake 25 min. Remove from oven. Cool, cut into bars

• Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
• Grease one 9x13" baking pan.
• In a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter or margarine over medium heat.
• Add the butterscotch chips and brown sugar; stir until melted.
• Remove pan from heat and stir in the eggs.
• Add the flour, baking powder and salt; mix thoroughly and stir in the vanilla. Set aside to cool.
• Once cool, stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallows and chopped nuts.
• Spread batter into the prepared pan.
• Bake at 350° F (175°C) for 25 to 28 minutes. Remove form oven and let cool thoroughly before cutting into squares.
