Here's what you need: chocolate candy, marshmallow, puffed rice cereal

1 cup chocolate candy
2 ½ cups marshmallow
3 cups puffed rice cereal

Steps:

  • Prepare a square glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Melt marshmallows over medium heat in a nonstick pan. Stir every 30 seconds to avoid burning. (TIP! spray your spatula with nonstick cooking spray to make stirring easier.)
  • Once the marshmallows are melted, add in the rice cereal and chocolates. Stir until fully combined.
  • Stir until fully combined.
  • Scoop the mixture into the sprayed baking dish and flatten with a spatula.
  • Cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares.
  • Enjoy!

Steps:

  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat butterscotch chips and chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
  • Gently stir in cereal until well coated. Drop mixture by 24 teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Press 3 M&M's™ minis chocolate candies onto each. Refrigerate until firm.

1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine

  • Heat sugar, milk, vanilla, cocoa and butter to boil.
  • Boil for 3 minutes only (use a timer).
  • Take pot off stove.
  • Mix in remaining ingredients.
  • Drop by spoonful onto ungreased waxed paper.

1/2 cup crushed pretzels
1/4 cup almonds, chopped, optional
1/4 cup pistachios, chopped, optional
6 large pieces shredded wheat cereal, hand crushed
Zest of 1 orange
Pinch pumpkin pie spice
2 cups milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, add the pretzels, almonds if using, pistachios if using, shredded wheat cereal, orange zest and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine.
  • Add the chocolate chips to a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave until melted (see Cook's Note). Immediately stir the chocolate into the bowl with the crushed ingredients. Stir until everything is fully coated.
  • Use your hands to form truffle-size forms on the prepared baking sheet. Allow to set and cool in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container.

½ cup butter, softened
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
3 cups crispy rice cereal, more for garnish
2 cups chocolate chunk, preferably dark, for coating

Steps:

  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, add the butter and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute.
  • Using a fork, stir together the melted butter and peanut butter until smooth. Microwave additional 20 seconds, as needed.
  • Add the powdered sugar and rice cereal to the bowl. Gently mix together until fully incorporated.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into approximately 30-40 1-inch balls (2 ½ cm). Place them on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate chunks. Microwave for 60-75 seconds, stopping to check and stir every 30 seconds.
  • Drop the frozen balls in the melted chocolate one at a time, use a fork to roll around to ensure an even coating. Place back on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Garnish with additional rice cereal while the chocolate is still warm. Chill until the chocolate has set.
  • Enjoy!

  • Combine the sugar, honey and peanut butter in a large glass bowl and microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring after every thirty seconds until it is smooth and liquefied. Add the chocolate and stir again until melted. (If the chocolate doesn't melt into the liquid completely, just warm it another 30 seconds and stir again.) Add the cereal and stir to coat completely.
  • Transfer to a well-greased or parchment lined 6" square or 8" x 3" bread pan. (This is a small batch, so you really do need a small pan.) Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Chill in the refrigerator until firm, about 2-3 hours. Slice into bars or cubes and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
