NINJA CREAMI STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM
Steps:
- Combine the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla bean paste in a mixing bowl. Using a whisk, mix together until all ingredients are fully combined and the sugar starts to dissolve.
- Add in the heavy whipping cream and milk. Whisk until all ingredients have combined well.
- Pour mixture into an empty Ninja Creami pint container. Add the strawberries to the pint, making sure not to go over the max fill line, and freeze for 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, remove the pint from the freezer. Remove the lid.
- Place the Ninja Creami pint into the outer bowl. Place the outer bowl with the pint in it, into the Ninja Creami machine and turn until the outer bowl locks into place. Push the ICE CREAM button. During the ice cream function, the ice cream will mix together and become very creamy.
- Once the ice cream function has ended, turn the outer bowl and release it from the Ninja Creami machine.
- Your ice cream is ready to eat! Enjoy!

Steps:
- Combine 11/2 c of the milk, whipping cream and sugar, and then stir to dissolve sugar. Fill one 16 cube ice cube tray with the mixture. Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until frozen solid.
- Place ice cream cubes in the Master Prep Pitcher and then add frozen strawberries, strawberry syrup, vanilla extract and the remaining 1/2 c of milk over top. Secure the Pitcher's top and pulse for 10-15 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
- Serve granished with a drizzle of strawberry syrup or fresh strawberries.
- NOTE: Cook time is freezing time.

Nothing says summer like a pint of fresh picked strawberries, and there's no better way to use them than this Ninja CREAMi strawberry ice cream recipe!

- To prepare the base, place the quartered strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with the monk fruit sweetener. Smash the strawberries with the back of a fork until they are a chunky pulp consistency.
- Add the raw agave nectar, lemon juice and heavy milk to the bowl and stir until the sweetener is dissolved.
- Pour the base into a CREAMi pint, making sure it doesn't go over the MAX FILL line, and put the lid on it.
- Place the pint in the freezer, making sure it's level. Freeze for 24 hours.
- Take the pint from the freezer, remove the lid, and place it in the outer bowl. Install the paddle in the lid and attach lid to the outer bowl.
- Plug in the Ninja CREAMi unit and install the bowl on the base.
- Press the power button and select LITE ICE CREAM.
- When the unit shuts off, remove the bowl from the base and remove the lid.
- If the ice cream is crumbly, then reattach the lid and install the bowl on the base again. Select RE-SPIN.
- Once the ice cream is at the right consistency, serve immediately.
