1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed beefy mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed French onion soup, undiluted
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
1 (12 ounce) package wide egg noodles, cooked

Steps:

  • In slow cooker, combine soups and bread crumbs; mix well. Stir in beef. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat in tender.
  • Serve over hot noodles.

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed beefy mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed French onion soup, undiluted
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 package (12 ounces) wide egg noodles

Steps:

  • In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine soups and bread crumbs; mix well. Stir in beef. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Serve with beef mixture.

2 lbs stew meat
2 (1 1/4 ounce) packets onion soup mix
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 ounce) jar mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup beef broth
1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
black pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  • Add beef and cook until thoroughly browned.
  • Drain.
  • Add soup mix, soup, mushrooms, beef broth, black pepper, and stir.
  • Simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour (longer if you want the beef to be more tender).
  • Boil egg noodles as directed, and drain.
  • Serve beef and mushroom sauce over noodles, or mix all together in one pot.
  • Enjoy!

1 medium onion, coarsely chopped (1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (3 cups)
1 1/2 pounds beef boneless top sirloin steak, cut into 2x 3/4x 1/4-inch pieces
6 cups Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from two 32-oz cartons)
1/2 cup dry sherry or Progresso™ beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
1/4 cup ketchup
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
1 container (8 oz) sour cream

Steps:

  • In 5- to 6-quart Dutch oven, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms; cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until mushrooms are softened.
  • Stir in beef. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is no longer pink. Stir in remaining ingredients except noodles and sour cream. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in noodles. Cover; cook 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
  • Stir in sour cream. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until well blended.

1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 cups yolk-free whole wheat egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
2 onions, chopped
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
3 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. paprika
3/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 small tomato, chopped

Steps:

  • Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Sprinkle meat with pepper. Add half the meat to skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until evenly browned. Transfer to bowl. Repeat with remaining oil and meat.
  • Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat Italian dressing in same skillet on medium heat. Add next 4 ingredients; cook 12 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in broth and peas; simmer 2 min. or just until peas are tender. Add meat; cook 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream until well blended.
  • Drain noodles. Serve topped with meat mixture and tomatoes.
