Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, stir together the oats and milk. Thinly slice 1/4 of the onion and set aside. Finely chop the remaining onion. In a large bowl, combine the turkey, oat mixture, chopped onion, bell pepper, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt and a few grinds of pepper. Mix just until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and shape into a loaf about 5 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches high. Pour the tomato sauce over the meatloaf and sprinkle with the sliced onions. Bake for about 1 hour or until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees.F.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a bowl, mix turkey, 1/2 cup ketchup, bread crumbs, 2 tsp Worcestershire, pepper, garlic, onion flakes and egg. Press mixture into loaf pan. Mix remaining 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 tsp Worcestershire and mustard to make sauce. Spread evenly over the top of meatloaf. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a medium saute pan, over medium-low heat, cook the onions, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme until translucent, but not browned, approximately 15 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce, chicken stock, and tomato paste and mix well. Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, and onion mixture in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into a rectangular loaf on an ungreased sheet pan. Spread the ketchup evenly on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours until the internal temperature is 160 degrees F. and the meatloaf is cooked through. (A pan of hot water in the oven under the meatloaf will keep the top from cracking.) Serve hot, at room temperature, or cold in a sandwich.
MOM'S MEATLOAF
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the horseradish, mustard, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, egg, and Worcestershire sauce. Add contents of small bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the bread crumbs and combine well.
- Place mixture into a 1-pound loaf pan. Pour ketchup over top and place in oven.
- Bake uncovered for 45 to 60 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, ketchup, sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Place stewed tomatoes in a large bowl; crush tomatoes using a fork. Add turkey, crushed crackers, onion, green bell pepper, eggs, 1 tablespoon oregano, thyme, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and 2 teaspoons black pepper; mix until evenly combined. Steps:
- Melt butter in a skillet.
- Cook onion and garlic in melted butter for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place mixture in a large bowl to cool for 5 minutes.
- Combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, 1/4 cup of the katchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper with onion mixture.
- Press meatloaf into an 8x4-inch loaf pan.
- Spread remaining catsup on top.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50-55 minutes.
