- Place pork chops in an ungreased 11x7-in. microwave-safe dish. , In a large bowl, combine the next nine ingredients. Pour over the chops. Cover with plastic wrap; peel back one corner to vent. Microwave on high for 11-13 minutes or until juices run clear. Remove chops; set aside and keep warm. , In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth. Stir into barbecue sauce. Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until thickened. Serve sauce over chops.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil and brown both sides of the pork chops.
- In a bowl combine ketchup, salt, celery seed, nutmeg, vinegar, water, and bay leaf; Pour over chops.
- Bake in oven for 90 minutes. Turn chops once during baking.

- In a saucepan, combine the soy sauce, water, brown sugar and molasses; bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Pour into a shallow glass container or large resealable plastic bag; add pork chops and turn to coat. Cover or seal and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain, discarding marinade; place chops in a shallow ungreased baking pan. Cover and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring until smooth. Brush over both sides of the chops. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer or until pork is no longer pink and glaze is lightly browned.

- Combine flour and sage.
- Dredge chops in flour.
- Place in casserole with tenderloin inside.
- Top with onion.
- Whisk soup, milk, bouillon, steak sauce and remaining flour until smooth.

- Cover and microwave at 30% for 15 minutes.
- Turn and rearrange chops and push beneath sauce.
- Cover and microwave 15 more minutes at 30%, then let stand for 10 minutes.
- Skim off excess fat and serve.

- Place the pork chops in a microwave-safe dish large enough to hold them with a small amount of space between each.
- Brush both sides of the pork chops with a small amount of olive oil or vegetable oil and season them lightly with sea or kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Add any fresh or dried herbs you want to both sides of the pork chops and gently pat the salt, pepper and herbs into the meat.
- Pour 1/4 cup pork or chicken stock or broth over the pork chops. Place the pork chops in the microwave on high for 15 minutes. Advertisement.
- Check the internal temperature of the pork chops with an instant read thermometer. For safety purposes, the meat should be at least 160 degrees in the centermost portion of each pork chop.
