HUNT'S® HOMESTYLE MEATLOAF

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 400°F. Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Mix tomato sauce and brown sugar in small bowl; set aside.
• Combine meat, drained tomatoes, bread crumbs and eggs in medium bowl. Shape meat mixture into a loaf shape in pan.
• Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven; pour tomato sauce mixture over meatloaf. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Bake 25 to 30 minutes more or until meatloaf is cooked through (160°F). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 6 slices.

TACO MEATLOAF WITH ALL THE FIXINS'

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• In large bowl mix onion, tomato, taco shells, cheese, oregano, cumin, salt, garlic, chili powder.
• Mix in hamburger and incorporate all ingredients, but don't over mix or when it is cooked, it will be tough.
• Cook in bread loaf pan for approx 45-55 minutes.
• or cook in square baking pan(8x8x2) for approx 30-35 minutes.
• Remove from oven.
• Place on serving dish and sprinkle with lettuce and dallop of sour cream and enjoy.

EASY MEATLOAF

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, onion, milk and bread OR cracker crumbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste and place in a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan, or form into a loaf and place in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
• In a separate small bowl, combine the brown sugar, mustard and ketchup. Mix well and pour over the meatloaf.
• Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.

HEINZ® CLASSIC MEATLOAF

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Heat oil in a skillet set over medium-high heat. Cook onion, celery and pepper until softened, about 5 minutes. Stir in ketchup. Remove pan from heat and divide sauce mixture in half.
• Combine one half of the sauce with ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Mix gently. Pat mixture into a lightly greased 9-x 5-in (2 L) loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour or until an instant read thermometer reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
• Rest for 5 minutes. Reheat the reserved sauce mixture. Slice meat loaf and serve with sauce.
