1 c yogurt, fat-free vanilla
1 c milk
2 Tbsp protein powder, vanilla
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c blueberries, frozen
1/2 c strawberries, frozen
5 ice cubes

Steps:

  • 1. Add ingredients to blender and hit start!
  • 2. Note: Depending on the sweetness of the berries you may want to add some extra sweetener. I like to use just a little bit of honey.
