Steps:
- Pop 10 cups of popcorn and remove all of the un-popped kernels. Salt it liberally and set aside in a large bowl.
- Add 3 tablespoons of butter to a medium saucepan. Melt the butter on medium heat, stirring occasionally until the butter is completely melted.
- Add 3 cups of mini marshmallows to the melted butter.
- Stir until the marshmallows are covered in the butter, and then continue to stir until the marshmallows are completely melted.
- Take the marshmallow mixture off of the heat as soon as the last marshmallow has melted.
- Slowly pour about a third of the marshmallow mixture over the salted popcorn.
- Gently fold the marshmallow mixture in with the popcorn. Continue to add the marshmallow mixture a bit at a time, stirring between each addition. The popcorn should be completely covered in the warm marshmallow mixture.
- Now pour the popcorn onto a cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, foil, or a Silpat liner. Use the spatula to even the popcorn out on the cookie sheet.
- Allow the Marshmallo Popcorn to cool. Break apart into pieces and serve.

MARSHMALLOW POPCORN BALLS
These are very easy popcorn balls to make. The marshmallows make them similar to crispy rice cereal bars that are so popular. Made with marshmallows, these are sweet, crispy, and chewy. Everyone's favorite combination!

COMPUTER CHIP SNACK (MARSHMALLOW PEANUT BUTTER POPCORN)
I'm not sure how this recipe got its name, but that is how it was passed on to me from my aunt. I have looked through the site and been unable to find a recipe quite like this one which combines popcorn with melted peanut butter and marshmallows rather than with a boiled syrup. This is a very addicting snack. Our family rarely adds the peanuts or the salt.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 250°F.
- Combine the popped popcorn, the cheerios and the peanuts in a large bowl and set aside. I like to take the time to pick out and discard any unpopped kernels.
- Melt the margarine, peanut butter, marshmallows and salt in a bowl in the microwave on High setting until smooth. Microwaves differ in power so check the mixture often, stirring each time until the ingredients are completely melted and well blended.
- Pour the melted ingredients over the popcorn mixture and stir well, coating the entire mixture.
- Spread evenly on 2 cookie sheets and bake in the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven, cool and break apart into chunks.
- Store in an airtight container.
