Steps:
- Run a lime wedge (the juicy part) around the top rim of your serving glass. Fill a shallow bowl or plate with salt, then dip the rim until it is covered with your desired amount of salt. Set aside.
- Add tequila, orange liqueur, lime juice and a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Give the mix a taste and stir in a teaspoon or two of sweetener if desired.
- Fill the prepared serving glass with ice. Strain in the margarita mix, garnish with a lime slice, serve and enjoy. Cheers!

Steps:
- Add the lime juice, fruit juice of choice, tequila and Gran Marnier and optional cayenne to a 1/2 gallon mason jar and stir to combine. Add any additional ingredients you may like to infuse such as basil.
- Cover with the lid and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours prior to serving.
- To serve, wet the rims of a glass with a bit of lime juice and dip into the salt to rim the glass. Add the ice to your cup after you have salted the rims and pour margarita into the glass.
THE PERFECT MARGARITA
Mastering the margarita requires a certain amount of practice, but once you dial-in your perfect ratio, it's a really easy cocktail to replicate. The classic recipe is 3 parts tequila, 2 parts triple sec, and 1 part freshly squeezed lime juice, and you should probably start off pretty close to that, but my personal favorite proportions are 4-3-2.

- Wash and dry all jars and lids thoroughly. I run mine through the dishwasher just before I prepare the liquor mixture.
- In a large pourable container (I used a gallon tupperware jug), combine all ingredients. Stir thoroughly with a big spoon to combine.
- Place the clean jars back in the cardboard tray packaging they came in. Pour the Jargarita mix into each jar, filling until approximately 1/2″ before the top of the jar.
- Check the jars to make sure they’re evenly distributed. If not, pour a little from each jar into the last one until they’re all equal. Replace the lids and screw on fairly tightly.
