MANGO SALSA DOGS

Steps:

• Split your hot dog down the middle but don't go all the way through. You want a butterfly cut (like you do to the bun). Cook the hot dogs your favorite method. We love slow roasted over the fire. However grilling, nuking or boiling will work too. Place split, cooked hot dog in a bun and top with a generous amount of mango salsa. Devour and repeat until you are full.

HOT DOGS WITH BACON-MANGO SALSA

Steps:

• Heat grill to medium-high heat.
• Combine first 5 ingredients.
• Grill wieners 7 to 9 min. or until heated through, turning occasionally. Cut lengthwise slits in wieners to within 1/2 inch of ends; fill with cheese. Grill, cheese-sides up, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
• Fill buns with wieners and mango mixture.

HOT DOG SLIDERS WITH MANGO-PINEAPPLE SALSA

Steps:

• In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, honey and salt until blended. Add pineapple, mango, onion and pepper; toss to coat., Grill hot dogs, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 in. from heat until heated through, 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally., Place hot dogs in buns; cut each crosswise in half. Serve with fruit salsa.
