MACARONI CORN CASSEROLE
This easy recipe for for Macaroni Corn Casserole makes for a great family dinner. Soft, tender macaroni mixed with sweet corn and zesty Velveeta cheese. Yum!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 and grease a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Add macaroni, cans of corn, butter and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and discard. Stir well.
- Return to oven for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and cooked.

- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together and pour into 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Bake for another 30 minutes uncovered, or until macaroni reaches the desired tenderness.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
