LOBSTER ROLL RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: celery, mayonnaise, lemons, lemon zest, fresh chives, fine sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, lobster meat, hot dog buns

Steps:
- In a large bowl, combine the celery, ⅓ cup (80 g) of the mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the lobster meat just to combine.
- Brush the inside of the hotdog buns with the remaining 2 tablespoons mayonnaise.
- Toast in a large skillet set over medium heat.
- Enjoy!

- Thread cherry tomatoes on skewers. Grill over preheated medium-high heat barbecue 2 to 4 min., or until tomatoes are lightly charred and blistered. Also, grill bread 2 to 4 min. per side until toasted. Cut bread into 1-in. (2.5-cm) cubes.
- Remove cherry tomatoes from skewers. Place in large bowl with bread cubes, lobster, cucumber and parsley.
- In small bowl, whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients. Drizzle over lobster mixture. Gently toss to coat.
