Ingredients

dressing recipe:
1 qt.cooked chicken breasts cut into 1 1/2 cubes
1 qt.celery diced
1 pt.roasted pecans salted
1 qt. mayonnaise
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tblsp salt
1 tsp. papricka
2 c. milk
1/4 cup egg yolks
1 c. vinegar heated

Steps:

mix thoroughly dry ingredients add to milk and cook in boiler until flour is cooked add heated vinegar for 10 min. beat egg yolks add hot mixture to the eggs cook/stir for 10 min. chill then add mayonnaise mix chicken,celery and pecans together toss gently
