Steps:
- Cook beef/turkey and add taco seasoning packet. Chop up lettuce, pepper, cuke (de-seed), tomatoes (de-seed), onion. Combine the veggies and meat mixture in a bowl. Add cheese. Just before serving, add the ranch dressing and salsa. Crush Doritos and mix well.
