JIMMY DEAN BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
This Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage recipe makes the beginning of a delicious breakfast feast. Each bite delivers an amazingly crispy outside, tender inside, and has the perfect seasoning blend. The best part is it only takes a few steps and about 20 minutes to make enough Jimmy Dean sausage for the whole family!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix the ground pork with all of the seasonings.
- Form the seasoned meat into medium-size balls, then form into 6-8 patties about ½-inch thick.
- In a skillet, heat a bit of olive oil.
- Fry the sausage patties for about 10-12 minutes, flip and fry for 5 minutes on the other side, until browned.
- Serve with breakfast sauce.

Steps:
- Bake biscuits according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat 5-6 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk; cook until mixture comes to a boil and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Split biscuits in half. Place 2 halves on each of 8 plates; top with about 1/3 cup gravy.
