- Place a fudge mint cookie on one of the sugar cookies and cover with another thin circle of dough and press the edges together.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until starting to get golden. DO NOT OVERBAKE! These cookies are only soft if you don’t over bake them. They will seem slightly underdone when you pull them out, this is okay.
