BAILEYS à LA FRENCH TOAST
Made with Baileys Original Irish Cream, nothing can top this French Toast recipe. Well, besides our delicious toppings, of course. Think: chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, mixed berries, and whipped cream!

Steps:
- Whisk together the 1/2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream, 4 oz. of whipping cream and 2 tbsp confectioners sugar until mixture forms soft peaks. Chill and put aside for topping the finished product.
- Combine 2 1/2 oz. of Baileys Original Irish Cream, 2 1/2 oz. of whipping cream, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 eggs in a shallow dish.
- Dip the bread into the mixture while heating 1 tbsp butter in a pan for frying.
- Fry dipped bread until golden brown on each side.
- Top with whipped cream mixture.

BAILEYS FRENCH TOAST
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Whisk eggs in a shallow bowl until whites and yolks are completely incorporated.
- Add in milk, sugar, Baileys, and vanilla extract to eggs and whisk again.
- Soak each slice of bread in egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides. Soak for a minute or so, longer if bread is extra thick, and less time if you are using a thinner bread.
- Heat a skillet with a tablespoon of butter on medium-low heat. Cook French toast for 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Keep finished French toast warm in a 200 F oven. Cook remaining French toast using remaining butter. While the French toast is cooking, gather ingredients for chocolate sauce.
- Gather the ingredients.
- Add chocolate chips, heavy cream, and Baileys to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 30 seconds, stir, and then heat again in 15-second increments until the mixture is completely melted.
- Drizzle French toast with chocolate sauce and top with whipped cream and strawberries if you wish.

BAILEYS FRENCH TOAST
Steps:
- To make the whipped topping, place 1/2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream, 4 ounces whipping cream, and powdered sugar in a bowl. Whisk with a hand electric mixer at high speed until the mixture forms soft peaks. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
- To make the custard, whisk together 2 1/2 ounces Baileys Original Irish Cream, 2 1/2 ounces whipping cream, vanilla extract, and eggs in a shallow dish.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan at medium-low heat. While waiting for butter to melt, dip each side of the bread in the Baileys mixture until completely soaked, about 5-10 minutes per side, depending on thickness.
- Fry the bread on medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Top the bread with a dollop of Baileys whipped cream. Enjoy!

- Preheat an iron skillet over medium-low heat.
- In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the eggs until they are well-blended.
- Add the Irish cream and half-and-half and whisk together.
- Soak the slices of bread in the egg mixture; turn the slices to ensure that they are well-coated.
- Place 2 tablespoons of butter in skillet and allow to melt.
- Place soaked slices of bread in pan and cook until golden on each side.
- Continue to repeat process until all of the egg mixture has been used.
- Serve immediately with warm maple syrup and fresh seasonal fruits.

- Beat the eggs, milk and Baileys together. Pour over the slices of bread on a plate, let it soak in for a couple of minutes.
- Melt the butter in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Then fry the bread slices for around 2 mins or until golden on each side.
