Steps:
- Heat oil in a deep frypan and brown onion, aprox 2 minute.
- Add mince and cook til browned.
- Add chopped tomatoes, mixed spice, chili, herbs, salt and pepper. Cook til tomatoes collapse slightly.
- Add 1/2c water and continue cooking until mixture becomes slightly saucy, aprox 8 minute
- Make 3 holes in mince mixture and break an egg into each hole. Place a tight fitting lid over the pan and cook eggs to your liking.
- Serve over rice or with any type of flat bread, roti, lebanese bread etc.

- To begin with the recipe, take a pan and heat it with some oil. Now add the sliced onion to the oil and fry till it turns brown.
- In the next step, add the minced beef and fry till the beef is browned. Then add the chopped tomatoes along with capsicum, garlic cloves, peppercorns, lemon rind and oregano. To this add required amount of salt and black pepper, mix all the ingredients well.
- Mix all the ingredients well and divide the mixture into parts in the pan itself. Break an egg on each part and let the egg cook for about 7-9 minutes. Transfer the dish in a bowl and serve hot.
