Ingredients

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can (4-1/4 ounces) chopped ripe olives
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley or 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
30 slices snack rye bread

Steps:

Preheat oven to 450°. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Spread a rounded tablespoonful over each slice of bread. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted.

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
0.5 (1 ounce) package salad dressing mix (garlic, onion, or Italian)
1 loaf miniature party rye rounds
1 cucumber

Steps:

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and dressing mix.
Spread on slices of party rye bread, then top with cucumber slices.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

5 slices bacon
1 cup grated swiss cheese
2/3 cup chopped ripe olives, drained
1/4 cup finely sliced green onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. loaf cocktail rye bread

Steps:

1. Fry , drain and crumble bacon.
2. Mix all ingredients except bread
3. Spread a rounded teaspoonful of mixture on each slice of bread. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes or til cheese melts and browns slightly.Makes 25 to 30
