This Recipe was given to me by a friend while I was in the hospital , with a Stroke with the instruction that I would bake again .And Praise God ,with God help I do

Steps:
- 1. Place all the ingredients in the pan according to the order in manufacturer,s instructions.Set on medium and program for the Basic cycle : Press Start
- 2. When the baking cycle, ends immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on rack. Let cool to room temperarure
- 3. Dough Cycle :::Or make the the recipe on the Dough cycle turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface ,form the loafs ,and place it in a pans.Let rise ,covered lightly with plastic wrap ,at room temperature until doubled in bulk about 45 minutes to 1 hour ,before baking. Bake at 375(2 loafs)

Steps:
- Add all ingredients into bread pan according to the order in the manufacturer's directions.
- Set crust on medium and program for the Basic cycle; press Start.
- When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing.

LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE BREAD
Steps:
- Mix 3/4 cup wheat flour, 3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Mix in butter and honey.
- Gradually add the buttermilk to dry ingredients and beat with a mixer for about two minutes.
- Add remaining flour until your dough is no longer sticky.
- Knead in the mixed grains.
- Knead for about 10 minutes until elastic and smooth.
- Set dough in a warm spot for about about 60-90 minutes.
- Divide dough in half and roll each half into a 7 inch x 5 inch rectangle.
- Roll up tightly starting at the wide side and pinch the seam.
- Let dough rise until doubled
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Make 3-4 slits in the top of each loaf of bread.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes.
- Remove bread and brush each loaf with egg white + water mixture.
- Place back in the oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes.

JALAPENOS - BREAD & BUTTER STYLE
These are so good on a sandwich and even on scrambled eggs. The peppers don't feel that hot using this recipe. Recipe modified from a canning booklet.

Steps:
- Thinly slice jalapenos and onions and cold pack into jars. Use rubber gloves for handling jalapenos.
- Place remaining ingredients in large pan and bring to a boil.
- Pour hot mixture into jars, over the peppers and onions, leaving 1/4 inch headspace. If you run short of the juice, top with boiling water.
- Remove air bubbles by running a knife around the inside of the jars. Adjust caps.
- Process 10-minutes in boiling water bath.
- Yield: about 5-6 Pints.
