SRIRACHA HONEY ROASTED BROCCOLI

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a slipat mat or foil. In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, sriracha and pepper. Pour this mixture over the broccoli and toss well to coat.
- Spread the broccoli across the lined baking sheet. Place on the middle oven rack and roast for 8-12 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and the edges are turning brown.
- Remove the broccoli from the oven and transfer to a bowl. Toss with the green onions and the almonds and serve hot. Enjoy!

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick aluminum foil.
- Mix honey mustard, olive oil, and salt together in a bowl. Add broccoli and toss to coat. Spread onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until broccoli is tender and lightly charred in spots, 25 to 30 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine butter, oil, soy sauce, honey, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Whisk to combine. Place broccoli florets in a gallon-sized zip-top bag. Add honey-soy sauce and toss until well combined. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Spread broccoli out evenly on sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Enjoy! Recipe Notes *Used brown rice syrup in place of honey and avocado oil instead of butter and olive oil.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

- Place broccoli pieces into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, or measuring cup, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, honey, sriracha and pepper.
- Pour this mixture over the broccoli and toss well to coat.
- Spread the broccoli across the lined baking sheet. Place on the middle oven rack and roast for 8-12 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and the edges are turning brown.
- Remove the broccoli from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl, or tray. Toss with the green onions and toasted almonds.
- Serve hot!
- Makes 2-4 servings.

- Cut the broccoli into 2-inch florets, leaving one to two inches of stems attached. Discard the remaining thick stalks.
