Steps:
- Season cleaned wings with salt and pepper
- Bake in greased baking pan at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
- Turn and bake for an additional 15 minutes
- While chicken is baking, combine coconut oil, honey, mustard and spices in a small saucepan.
- Wisk until thickened.
- Once wings have cooked for 30 minutes, combine wings and sauce in a large bowl.
- Mix well.
- Return wings to baking pan and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Remove and discard the tips from the chicken wings. Cut the wings into drummies and flappers. Combine the butter, honey, mustard, salt, and curry powder in a small bowl. Mix well. Place the chicken wings in a baking dish. Drizzle the curry mixture evenly over the wings and gently stir to coat them in the mixture. Place the chicken in the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours or until cooked through, stirring to coat in the sauce every 15 minutes. Serve the wings hot.

- In a medium bowl combine the melted butter/margarine, honey, mustard, curry powder and cayenne powder. Mix well. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour honey/mustard mixture over chicken. Cover and place in refrigerator. Marinate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Remove dish from refrigerator and bake, covered, in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove cover and bake about 10 minutes more, or until done and juices run clear (baking time will depend a little on how thick your chicken breasts are).
