The subtle flavors of lavender, orange, pistachio and honey come together in mere minutes in this deliciously complex yogurt bowl. It's just right for breakfast!

1 container (5.5 oz) Liberté® organic French lavender yogurt or organic Philippine coconut yogurt
1/3 cup Cascadian Farm™ organic oats and honey granola
1 orange, cut into segments
1 tablespoon chopped toasted pistachio nuts
1 teaspoon honey

Steps:

  • Stir yogurt in container; spoon into small bowl. Top with granola, orange segments and pistachio nuts.
  • Drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

1 tablespoon red wine
1 orange, zested
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 cup lowfat yogurt
Pinch ground cinnamon
2 to 3 ripe figs
2 teaspoons nibbed or splintered pistachios, to garnish

Steps:

  • Put the red wine, orange zest and honey into a bowl. Whisk in the yogurt and ground cinnamon.
  • Quarter the figs and divide them between 2 bowls. Pour the yogurt mixture around the figs in each of the bowls and sprinkle with the pistachios to decorate.

  • Peanut Butter Banana. Mix ins: 2 tbsp peanut butter (melted) Toppings: 1 banana (sliced) ¼ cup ground flaxseed. 1 tsp maple syrup.
  • Cashew Lime. Mix ins: 1 tbsp cashew butter. Toppings: 1/3 cup blueberries. a few mango slices. 1 tsp lime zest.
  • Jam, Peanut Butter and Strawberries. Mix ins: 1 tbsp strawberry jam. Toppings: 2 tbsp peanut butter melted. 1 tbsp granola. 3 strawberries (sliced)
  • Almond and Coconut. Mix ins: 2 tbsp almond butter. Toppings: 1 tbsp granola. 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds. 1 tbsp cacao nibs. 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut. ¼ cup raspberries.
  • Summer Fruit. Mix ins: 1 tbsp chia seeds. Toppings: 1 cup frozen summer fruits. ½ cup orange juice. 1 tbsp almonds (chopped) 1 kiwi (sliced) 1/3 cup raspberries.
  • Chocolate Pecan. Mix ins: 1 tbsp peanut butter (melted) ½ tsbp cocoa powder. 1 tsp maple syrup. Toppings: 1 tbsp granola. 2 tbsp pecans (chopped) 1/3 cup raspberries.
  • Lemon and Strawberries. Mix ins: 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice. ½ tbsp chia seeds. Toppings: 4 strawberries (sliced) 2 tbsp almonds (chopped) 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut.
