CINNAMON CHIPS
These easy Cinnamon Chips (Tortilla style) are a HUGE hit as an after school snack or party appetizer! With only 4 ingredients, these cinnamon tortilla chips can't be beat! Crunchy, sweet and oh so perfect with diced berries!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350*F
- Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil for easy cleanup.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well mixed. Set aside.
- Lay a tortilla onto your work space.
- Spread a thin layer of butter over one side tortilla.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar generously over tortilla.
- Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut tortillas into 8 slices, like you would a pizza.
- Continue with remaining tortillas.
- Once oven is preheated, place tortillas on cookie sheet and cook tortillas for 8 minutes or until edges start to turn golden.
- DO NOT OVER COOK! These will go from perfect to burnt very quickly so keep an eye on them.
- Once cooled, remove from cookie sheet and place in bowl.
- Serve with favorite fruit salsa or dessert dip.

- Heat oven to 350*F Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well mixed. Lay out an entire tortilla onto your work space. Spread a thin layer of butter over the entire tortilla. Sprinkle generously (a medium to heavy amount) of cinnamon sugar mixture over tortilla. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut tortillas into 8 slices, like you would a pizza. Continue with remaining tortillas. Once oven is preheated, place tortillas on cookie sheet and cook tortillas for 8 minutes or until edges start to turn golden. DO NOT OVER COOK! These will go from perfect to burnt very quickly so keep an eye on them. While chips are cooking, dice strawberries and place in a bowl. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature. Dip chips into strawberries and devour.
CINNAMON TORTILLA WITH CREAM CHEESE & STRAWBERRIES
A wonderful, and easy dessert by the the Editors of Easy Home Cooking Magazine. I just made this, and it was delicious! I can't wait to try it with other berries.The only change I made, was to fry each tortilla with a small amount of butter instead of spraying them with cooking spray. I also topped each one with whipped cream, but wouldn't Ice cream be lovely? I used the low carb tortilla's, but hey, use any kind you like.

Steps:
- Combine sugar substitute and cinnamon in cup; mix well. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Lightly spray one side of tortilla with cooking spray; sprinkle with cinnamon mixture.
- Place tortilla, cinnamon side down, in hot skillet. Cook 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
- Spread uncooked side of tortilla with cream cheese; arrange strawberries down center of tortilla. Roll up tortilla, or fold, to serve.
- Tip: Prepare recipe through step 3. Mash a few of the strawberry slices with a fork until almost smooth; stir into cream cheese. Proceed as directed in step 4.
