Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, soften
1 cup butter, soften
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

In a food processor, add garlic and process until finely chopped, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides.
(You may use only 1 clove of garlic, if you prefer).
NOTE: This can be frozen up to 3 months or refrigerated up to 1 week.

1 (6 ounce) package boursin cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon chopped chives
lemon pepper

Steps:

Mix all the ingredients except lemon pepper, and form into a disk shape.
Sprinkle sides, top and bottom with lemon pepper.
Chill 24 hours or up to 3 days.
Serve with crackers.

1 garlic clove
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese (softened)
1 cup butter (butter preferred) or 1 cup margarine (butter preferred)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add garlic clove.
Process until finely chopped, stopping once to scrape down sides.
Add cream cheese, butter and remaining ingredients; process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides.
Cheese mixture may be refrigerated up to one week or frozen uo to three months.
