It's decadently delicious, smooth and fluffy, ultra rich, and perfectly peanut buttery! It's made with just FIVE ingredients and couldn't be easier!

1 cup (235ml) heavy cream
1 cup (242g) creamy peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese, (softened)
1 1/4 cups (150g) powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract ((optional))
1 (6 oz) Oreo pie crust, (store-bought*)

Steps:

  • Pour heavy cream into a medium mixing bowl (or 4 cup liquid measuring cup) and using an electric hand mixer whip heavy cream until very stiff peaks form.
  • In a separate large mixing bowl, using the same beaters and mixer (no need to clean) set on low speed, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla if using until combined.
  • Increase speed to high and whip until fluffy, about 1 minute.
  • Add whipped cream to peanut butter mixture and fold until evenly combined**.
  • Pour mixture into pie crust and spread into an even layer.
  • Freeze 1 hour or refrigerate for 4 hours.
  • Decorate if desired (with topping ideas listed below) and slice.

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 cups ground pecans, roasted and ground finely
1 1/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup melted butter (not margarine)
1 1/2 cups icing sugar
1 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 1/2 cups kraft creamy peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups 35% cream

Steps:

  • To make the crust: If the pecans aren't roasted when you buy them, roast them a bit before you start.
  • Make sure they are a golden brown.
  • Grind them finely.
  • Mix them with the rest of the crust ingredients and press into a 9 inch pie plate.
  • Put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes to set.
  • To make the filling: Blend the icing sugar and cream cheese.
  • Add the vanilla and the peanut butter and mix till no streaks are left (well blended).
  • Whip the cream and fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  • Pour the filling into the pie crust and chill till firm.

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked

Steps:

  • Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together. Add the peanut butter and mix well. Fold in the dessert topping until completely blended.
  • Fill the pie crust with the peanut butter mixture and chill in the freezer until ready to serve. Note: Good in a chocolate crust with chocolate chips sprinkled on top.

1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c peanut butter
1/2 c powdered sugar
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 c water, cold
MERINGUE
4 large egg whites at room temp
1/3 c granulated sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix peanut butter with powder sugar till it makes a crumbly mixture ,set aside. In a sauce pan mix milk, water and cornstarch, cook on med to high heat stirring constantly till it thickens as a pudding consistency, turn off heat add butter and vanilla. let cool. Spread 1/2 p butter mixture in bottom of precooked cooled pie shell, add pudding, next cover with . Sprinkle remaining p butter mixture on top of meringue bake in 325 degree oven till meringue is light brown.
  • 2. merringue directions: beat room temp egg whites to stiff peaks then add sugar gradualy.
