- Place fish on a broiler rack that has been coated with cooking spray. Drizzle 3 tablespoons butter over fillets; dust with flour and sprinkle with paprika. , Broil 5-6 in. from the heat for 5 minutes or until fish just begins to brown. Combine lemon juice, parsley, Worcestershire sauce and remaining butter; pour over fish. Broil 5 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Steps:
- Mix together butter, parmesan cheese, and miracle whip. Set aside.
- Rinse and pat dry fillet. Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with lemon juice, and diced green onion. Broil fish in oven for about 5-7 minutes on high or until fish flakes easily. Watch closely to avoid burning!
- Remove from oven and drain liquid off the cookie sheet.
- Spread butter mixture over fish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Place in oven for another 5-7 minutes until butter begins to brown. Watch to avoid burning!
- Serve immediately.

- Preheat the broiler to high.
- Sprinkle the fish on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the fillets on a baking dish measuring about 8 1/2 by 13 by 2 inches. Melt the butter in a small saucepan or small skillet.
- Using a pastry brush, coat the fish liberally with butter.
- Sprinkle the fish neatly and evenly all over with bread crumbs. Dribble the remaining butter over all.
- Place baking dish under the broiler so the fish is about seven inches from the source of heat. Broil five minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.

Quick, easy and tasty - even for meat and potato people. Any type of fish may be used and, if a foil-lined pan is used, cleanup is a breeze too. I have used this often and cannot remember where it originally came from but could have been Cooking Light.

- Place fillets in single layer on well greased broiler pan or a pan lined with foil that has been sprayed with Pam. Brush fish with lemon juice. Combine Parmesan, butter, mayo, green onions, salt and Tabasco. Set aside. Broil fish 4 6 minutes, or til flakes easily with fork (depending on thickness of fillets). Remove from heat, spread with cheese mixture. Broil 2 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

- Skin fillets if necessary and cut into serving size pieces. Baste fish with lemon juice and let stand for approximately 10 minutes.
- Baste fish with butter and place on a well-greased broiler pan and broil 4 inches from heat source for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn and broil till fish flakes.
- Combine Parmesan cheese, margarine or butter, mayonnaise, green onion, salt and liquid hot pepper sauce.
- Remove fish from broiler and spread 1/2 the Parmesan Cheese mixture on fish and return to broiler until fish browns nicely.
- Remove to plates and place remaining Parmesan Cheese mixture on fillets for additional sauce.

SIMPLE BROILED HADDOCK

- Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.

- Clean the inside and outside of the fish with lemon; rinse the fish with cold water; pat dry; place the fish on a baking sheet.
- Mix 3 tablespoons of oil with the lemon juice, basil, oregano, garlic, wine or sherry, salt and black pepper.
- Place the fish on a baking pan; brush the fish with the mixture inside and outside; spread the rest of the mixture inside and on top of the fish.
- Heat the oven to 350 degree, bake the fish covered for 20 minutes.
- Transfer and place the fish in a single layer on a greased broiler pan; broil the fish for 15 minutes.
- At the same time, chop the carrots, potatoes, squash, peppers, shallot as desired.
- Mix one tablespoon of oil with rosemary, pinch of salt and marinate the vegetables.
- On a non-stick baking pan, roast the vegetables for 20 minutes.
- Place the broiled fish and the vegetables on a platter and serve it warm.
