8 ounces uncooked spaghetti, broken into 3-inch pieces
3 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup 2% milk
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese, divided
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1/2 cup chopped roasted sweet red peppers
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1-1/2 teaspoons steak seasoning
1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the chicken, soup, milk, onion, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, mushrooms, peppers, mayonnaise, steak seasoning and basil., Drain spaghetti. Add to chicken mixture; toss to coat. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake until heated through and cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes longer., Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked casserole. To use, partially thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake as directed, increasing time as needed to heat through.

1 Tbsp. Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend
2 tsp. Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend
4 6 oz bone-in, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 medium yellow onion, peeled and sliced
4 large garlic cloves, minced
1 cup long grain rice
1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
1 red pepper, diced
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth

Steps:

  • 1.Mix Mrs. Dash® Chicken Grilling Blend and Mrs. Dash® Extra Spicy Seasoning Blend together. Sprinkle over chicken.
  • 2.Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Brown chicken for 3 - 4 minutes per side. Remove chicken after browning.
  • 3.Add onion slices, minced garlic and rice and saute 1 minute. Place rice mixture in 2 quart casserole, top with mushrooms and red pepper.
  • 4.Place chicken pieces on top, pour in broth. Cover with foil and bake in a 350 degree F oven for 50-60 minutes or until chicken and rice are cooked.

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute celery and onion in oil until tender. 2/3 cup chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1-1/2 cups chopped carrots
3 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried savory
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1-1/2 cups 2% milk
1-1/4 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked and drained

Steps:

  • In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink. Add the broth, carrots, celery and savory. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender., Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. 2 teaspoons unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 2/3 cups plain unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 large egg
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon whole wheat pastry flour or unbleached all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
One 15-ounce can pure pumpkin puree

Steps:

  • For the oatmeal: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2-quart baking dish or an 8-inch square baking pan with the butter.
  • Stir together the oats, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Whisk together the almond milk, vanilla and egg in a medium bowl. Pour the milk mixture into the oat mixture and stir to combine.
  • For the topping: In a medium bowl, stir together the walnuts, oats, sugar, butter, flour, pumpkin pie spice and salt.
  • Pour the oatmeal into the prepared baking dish. Scoop heaping tablespoons of the pumpkin puree directly into the oatmeal, and sprinkle the topping over the dish. The mixture will be very wet at this point, but the oats will soak up the liquid. Bake until lightly browned and just set, about 50 minutes.
  • Cool on a rack for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve warm.

3 cups mashed potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 1/3 cups French's French fried onions, divided (sometimes, I use the cheese flavored ones)
1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed and drained (sometimes I cook broccoli and use that instead, 1 1/4 )
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken and mushroom soup (if you can't find that, use regular cream of chicken soup)
1/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In medium bowl, combine mashed potatoes, 1/2 c cheese and 2/3 french fried onions.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Spoon potato mixture into greased 2 Qr. casserole.
  • Using back of spoon, spread potatoes across bottom and up sided of dish to form a shell.
  • In large bowl, combine chicken, veggies, soup, milk and seasonings.
  • Pour into potato shell.
  • Bake uncovered 30 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
  • Top with remaining 1/2 c cheese and 2/3 c french fried onions.
  • Bake uncovered 3 minutes longer or until onions are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
