This is a delicious smoothie for breakfast or a snack. It is full of fiber and protein. Avacado is full of heart healthy fat, but you can't taste it in the smoothie.

1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen blackberrie
1/2 cup mango, chunks
1/2 small avocado
2 packets aritificial artificial sweetener

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients until smoothe.
  • Enjoy!

1/2 tablespoon flax seed, ground
1 banana
1 mango, peeled, stone removed and cubed
2 kiwi fruits, peeled
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
1 tablespoon agave nectar (to taste)
1 teaspoon pistachios, hulled and chopped

Steps:

  • In the jar of a blender, add banana, mango, kiwifruits, almond milk, orange juice, dried basil leaves, ground flax seed and agave nectar. Process until well blended.
  • Pour it in glasses and garnish with ¼ teaspoons chopped pistachios per glass. Serve immediately.
