- Lightly coat a 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine the 2/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup whole flour, soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt, set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl toss together the chopped apple and egg product; stir in the 3/4 cup sugar, the 1/4 cup nuts and applesauce;Add flourmixture and stir JUST until combined.
- Pour batter into prepared pan; For TOPPING, stir together the brown sugar the remaining flour, whole wheat flour and cinnamon; Cut in butter until crumbly, stir in remaining nuts, sprinkle topping over batter in pan.
- Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean; cool in pan for 10 minutes, serve warm.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray; dust with 1 tablespoon flour.
- Beat 1/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup brown sugar together with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy. The mixture should be noticeably lighter in color. Beat egg into butter mixture. Add sour cream, vanilla yogurt, and vanilla extract to the mixture; beat to integrate.
- Stir 1 cup flour, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl; add to the butter mixture and beat to combine into a batter. Fold apples into the batter. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
- Mix 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 2 tablespoons butter, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together in a bowl using a fork to achieve a crumbly consistency; sprinkle over the top of the batter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.

Steps:
- Combine apples with sugar, raisins, and pecans; let stand half an hour.
- Stir in oil, vanilla, and egg.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl; stir into apple mixture 1/3 at a time, just enough to moisten.
- Pour batter into greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Cool slightly before serving.

- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray bottom and side of 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir 1/3 cup Bisquick mix, the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until crumbly.
- In medium bowl, stir all coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch-square baking dish (at least 2 1/4 inches deep) with baking spray.
- Combine 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup butter and granulated sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Beat on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed just until blended after each addition. Add 2 teaspoons vanilla; beat on low until blended.
- Whisk 1 3/4 cups flour and 2 teaspoons cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add baking soda, baking powder and salt; whisk to combine. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with yogurt, beginning and ending with the flour mixture and beating on low speed just until blended after each addition. Fold in apples.
- Combine oats, pecans and the remaining 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a medium bowl. Add the remaining 1/4 cup butter and use your fingers to work it into the mixture until blended and crumbly.
