- In a small bowl, mix tuna, egg, vinaigrette and, if desired, mustard. Place buns on an ungreased baking sheet, cut side up. Broil 4-6 in. from heat 1-2 minutes or until golden brown., Spread tuna mixture over buns; top with tomato and cheese. Broil 2-3 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Top tuna mixture with a slice of cheese and tomato. , Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Top each with a lettuce leaf; replace bun tops.

- In saucepan, cook celery in butter until tender.
- Blend in soup; gradually stir in milk.
- Add tuna.
- Heat; stir now and then.
- Fold desired number of pieces of bread into muffin cups and bake at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 2-5 minutes).
- Remove from oven and top with tuna and soup mixture.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
