Steps:
- 1. Cook onion and celery in butter; blend in flour.
- 2. Stir in broth and cream; cook to a boil.
- 3. Stir in the meat, canned vegetables, mushrooms, and seasonings.
- 4. Pour into a greased baking dish.
- 5. Top hot mixture with the biscuits.
- 6. Bake at 350 degrees until the biscuits are baked.
TURKEY, HAM, AND SWISS CASSEROLE RECIPE
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients and preheat oven to 350 F.
- Grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- Cook pasta (you can use mini fusilli or farfalle, macaroni, or other shapes) in boiling salted water following package directions. Drain, rinse and set aside.
- Heat butter in a large skillet and saute the onion and celery over medium-low heat until softened.
- Add ham and stir in flour until well combined.
- Gradually stir in the milk until thickened. Add marjoram, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cheese, turkey, and peas and carrots, if using.
- Add the cooked pasta and blend thoroughly. Spoon the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Combine breadcrumbs with 1 tablespoon melted butter; sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until bubbly and the topping is browned.
- Serve and enjoy!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place ham in a roasting pan, and press whole cloves into the top at 1 to 2 inch intervals. Pack the top with a layer of brown sugar. Pour enough water into the bottom of the roasting pan to come to a 1 inch depth. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil or a lid.
- Bake for 4 1/2 to 5 hours in the preheated oven (about 22 minutes per pound), or until the internal temperature of the ham has reached 160 degrees F (72 degrees C). Make sure the meat thermometer is not touching the bone. Let stand for about 20 minutes before carving.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6/fan oven 180C. Mix the turkey, ham and frozen peas in a buttered ovenproof dish.
- To make the sauce, put the butter, flour and milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil, whisking all the time, until the sauce is thickened and smooth. Stir in the sherry and mustard, season to taste and simmer for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in half the cheese.
- To finish the dish, pour the sauce over the ingredients in the dish. Mix the remaining cheese with the nuts and sprinkle on top. At this point, you can keep the bake in the fridge up to 5 hours, or freeze it. When ready, bake for 25-35 minutes until the topping is golden and the sauce is bubbling.
