CHRISTMAS CRISPIX® MIX

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly butter a large roasting pan.
• Mix corn and rice cereal, pecans, and almonds together in the prepared roasting pan.
• Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Heat to 240 degrees F (115 degrees C) or until a small amount of syrup dropped into cold water forms a soft ball that flattens when removed from the water and placed on a flat surface. Remove saucepan from heat and stir vanilla extract into syrup.
• Drizzle syrup over cereal mixture and toss to coat.
• Bake cereal mixture in the preheated oven for 30 minutes; stir and continue baking for 30 minutes more. Spread cereal mixture in 1 layer onto 2 lightly buttered baking sheets, separating any large chunks with 2 forks; allow to cool.

GINGERBREAD SPICE MIX

Steps:

• Stir together the cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, black pepper and ground cloves in a small bowl until thoroughly combined. Use accordingly in your favorite gingerbread-spiced recipes. The spice mix can be stored in an airtight container for up to 6 months.

SPICY AND ZINGY CRISPIX MIXAND#153;

Steps:

• 1. In 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, pecans, cranberries and ginger.
• 2. Stir together remaining ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Drizzle over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
• 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Spread on paper towels. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.

KELLOGG'S ORIGINAL CRISPIX MIX RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
• Combine Kellogg's Crispix cereal, nuts and pretzels in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.
• Stir together the remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
• Bake for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool.
• Store in airtight container.

CRISPIX MIX GINGER SPICE

Steps:

• 1. Combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, corn chips, coconut, almonds and sesame seeds in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Set aside.2. Stir together margarine, soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic powder. Pour over cereal mixture. Stir until evenly coated.3. Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in dried fruit the last 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.

CRISPIX MIX HONEY PECAN MIX

Steps:

• 1. Combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, pretzels and pecans in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Set aside.2. In 2-quart saucepan, over medium heat, combine margarine, sugar and honey. Bring mixture to boil, stirring frequently. Continue to boil 5 minutes, but do not stir. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour syrup over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.3. Bake at 250°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Let cool in baking pan. Store in airtight container.

CRISPIX MIX MAPLE PRALINE MIX

Steps:

• 1. In large mixing bowl, combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal and pecans. Set aside.2. In small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Pour over cereal mixture, tossing until evenly coated. Place on 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray.3. Bake at 300°F about 30 minutes stirring twice. Cool completely. Store in airtight container.

CRISPIX MIX RANCH WITH CHEEZ-IT ORIGINAL SNACK CRACKERS

Steps:

• In 2-gallon zipper-type storage bag, combine KELLOGG'S CRISPIX cereal, SUNSHINE CHEEZ-IT crackers and pretzels. Pour oil over mixture. Close bag and gently toss until evenly coated. Add ranch dressing mix and close bag. Gently toss until evenly coated. Store in airtight container.
