- FIRST STEP:Preheat the oven to 350* Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat well SECOND STEP:Brush melted butter on the inside bottom and sides of a 9 inch square baking pan Add flour, milk, baking powder, to the eggs and mix really well THIRD STEP:Stir in the spinach, onion and cheeses Carefully spoon into the pan FOURTH STEP:Bake for 30 to 35 minutes Let set for 15 minutes on the stove top Cut into squares and enjoy!

Steps:
- Line a 9-inch quiche or pie dish with pastry; trim excess pastry around edges (you can decorate the edges with fluting or crimping or anything you want). Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees F for 3 minutes; remove from oven, and prick with a fork. Bake for 5 more minutes.
- Cook spinach according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain spinach thoroughly, pressing out excess water.
- Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.
- Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30--35 minutes, or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix spinach, cottage cheese, cheese, salt, eggs and flour in large bowl by hand.
- Spread in 13 by 9 inch pan.
- Cover the top with wheat germ. This is extremely important; it will taste awful without it.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

- Chop onion and saute in oil 5 minutes.

- Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust and bake degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.

- Place butter or margarine in a 9x13 inch baking dish and melt butter in oven. Remove when melted, approximately 3 minutes.
