Steps:
- For the salad: Add the almonds, pistachios, sunflower seeds and walnuts to a dry skillet and toast over medium heat until they brown slightly, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- For the dressing: Add the raspberries to a mason jar. Using the back of a wooden spoon, smash the berries. Add the olive oil, vinegar, honey, Dijon, water and some salt and pepper. Secure the lid and shake.
- Add the spinach, chard, collard greens and kale to a salad bowl. Toss with 3 to 4 tablespoons of the dressing. Top with the chickpeas, kidney beans and feta and toss before serving. Refrigerate the remaining dressing.

- 1. Dissolve jello in water. Chill until thick but not set. Stir in sauce, beat well with mixer. Fold in lemon juice and juice drained from berries. Add berries. Pour into dish and chill firm.
ROSEY RASPBERRY SALAD

- In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add sherbet and stir until melted. Chill until syrupy. Add raspberries. Pour into an oiled 8-cup mold. Chill until firm.

- In 8-inch nonstick skillet cook walnuts and sugar over low heat about 10 minutes, stirring constantly, until sugar is melted and walnuts are coated; cool and break apart.
- In large bowl, combine salad greens, raspberries, onion and dates. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Top with cheese and walnuts.

- Drain pineapple, reserving juice in a 1-cup measuring cup. In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, pears, peaches and grapes. Cover and refrigerate. , Add enough water to pineapple juice to measure 1 cup. Pour into a small saucepan. Whisk in pudding mix. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; set aside to cool to room temperature., Slice bananas into a small bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice; gently toss to coast. Let stand for 5 minutes; drain. - In a large bowl, beat margarine, sugar, vanilla and salt on medium-low until combined. Slowly beat in whipping cream. Gradually beat in enough flour until dough is no longer sticky.
