Steps:
- Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain; cool for 15 minutes. , In a large bowl, combine the red pepper, onion, carrot and potatoes. , In a small bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, mustard, mustard seed, 2 teaspoons dill, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over potato mixture; gently toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining dill. Refrigerate until serving.

A VERY PRETTY DISH! All the right flavors which blend well with sweet potatoes. Easy to prepare. This recipe is from a local fund raiser cookbook and was submitted by Sudie Blanchard.

Steps:
- Place sweet potatoes in a baking dish. Slice orange and lemon into thin slices.
- Alternate layering slices on top of sweet potatoes.
- Combine drained pineapple, brown sugar and melted butter. Pour mixture over sweet potatoes. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Decorate with cherries. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.

- Place the Jell-O and 1/2 cup boiling water in a medium-size bowl. Stir until the Jell-O is dissolved, and then chill until it's thickened, but not completely set; set aside. Whip the cream cheese in the bowl of an electric mixer with the whip attachment until fluffy. Add the Jell-O and continue whipping until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Add the pecans, 1/2 cup coconut, oranges, marshmallows, cherries, kiwi, grapes, pineapple, and apple. Fold all the ingredients together and place the salad in a serving dish. Top with the remaining coconut.

- Cook potatoes in large pot of boiling water until just tender. Drain. Transfer potatoes to large bowl and cool.
- Mince egg whites. Add whites, radishes, pickles, celery and onion to potatoes. Mash yolks in medium bowl. Add dry mustard, prepared mustard and pickle juice. Add mayonnaise and milk and blend until smooth.
- Pour dressing over potatoes and toss gently. Season with salt and pepper.
